To serve Canadian churches by supporting YOUTH LEADERS as they develop spiritually healthy teens.

Vision:
To change the spiritual climate of Canada through a nation of spiritually healthy youth leaders and teens.

CYN Key Objectives:

Pastor: to be available to inspire, encourage, mentor, listen to & advise youth pastors in a variety of situations.
Events: provide events that inspire youth and youth leaders to live out the Great Commands & Commission.
Resources: to seek, create and provide resources that support youth leaders in discipling youth.
Advocacy: be a voice on behalf of youth and youth leaders to the church, government and society.
Projects: to help create partnerships with denomination and para-church leaders in organizing national or regional cross denominational projects & events.
Networks: to assist youth leaders in the development and support of local church networks.
CYN: to build and grow a strong organizational foundation for long term impact.
Coaching: to walk alongside a young emerging leader for an average of 2 years and assist in the development of their spiritual, personal and ministry life.
