One of our core ministries in encouraging and empowering youth pastors to work together in the context of networks. This past year, we’ve seen a significant increase in churches working together to reach youth in their communities.

Over 5000 youth have decided to follow Jesus

Impact Stories

“In our ministry we have an incredible group of leaders who have been committed to raising up the next generation. As we started to get new leaders joining our ministry we sought to establish a clear structure to support these leaders. During this process I had attended a CYN lunch where I learned about their online Spiritually Healthy Youth Ministry Resource. These resources were foundational in our efforts to establish a new structure within our youth ministry. Our new leaders feel empowered and supported to serve and make disciples in our ministry. I am truly grateful for their experience and support in equipping so many youth workers to establish Spiritually Healthy Youth Ministries!”

– HARTLEY RUSSELL − The Peoples Church

“I just went to Change because the promo video made it look fun… one thing stood out, I heard the speaker say that Jesus doesn’t even compare to girls, drugs and alcohol and I couldn’t believe that someone could feel that way. I wanted to know what it’s like to really follow Christ instead of being a “Christian” by title…I felt the urge to send an email to CYN and I signed it as a new follower of Christ because It’s what I want to be.”

“Our youth group is actually a partnership of three churches who work together to provide one combined youth ministry. We have been coming to the Change Conference for the last seven years, although as our group grows, it does get more challenging to travel all the way from Ottawa while still keeping it affordable for students. We were able to make it this year and Change Conference was even more special for us because we had five students who were not from Christian homes come with us. By the end of the Conference, they had all made first time decisions for Christ.”
